The Alwaysbemobile Company. The name is self explanatory. Problem-free mobility. Always be mobile. Problem-free mobility is The Alwaysbemobile Company’s vision. Problem-free mobility is the concern of each and every road user. It is impossible to think of our society today without relating this to time and mobility. Time is Money. Freedom of and by mobility has become an integral part of our life style. Keeping road users mobile, is what drives us. It is the reason of our existence. Mobility in the Netherlands is a real problem. Tailbacks in the Netherlands cause a time loss representing 45 million hours (2006) and a direct economic damage of 700 million. The indirect damage is even much higher. During the last 25 years there has hardly been an adequate government policy to solve this poignant problem. The indecisiveness of the government to take immediate measures for the short-term as well as the long-term has failed to come. The Netherlands is heading for a disastrous mobility infarct in 2020.

In order to prevent his, we will not (no longer) wait an sit still. As The Alwaysbemobile Company Board of Directors, we will initiate an active communication policy to the government to ensure that the urgency corresponding to this problem will have a high priority on the political agenda. Our customers are frequent users: lease drivers, truck drivers, fleet owners, bus drivers, courier service drivers and last but not least private car owners. For if nothing happens now, we will all be at a standstill. We will not sit and wait until 2020 arrives. The Alwaysbemobile vision, or in other words the problem-free mobility vision, is translated into a mission of Mobilisation for Mobility. To create shape and content for this mission, we initiated the Party of the tailback participants(in Dutch: Partij van de Filerijder, abbreviated as PvdF). Since the solution is the responsibility of The Hague (where the government is located), we direct our attention directly at the Lower Chamber (the Dutch refer to this as the Tweede Kamer) and the Cabinet.
